Our Mission

AI-DHD is a value-led affiliate platform for people with ADHD (diagnosed or not) who want to improve their lives by leveraging AI tools better.

We earn trust through "They Ask, You Answer" content and an ADHD-friendly comparison tool that recommends best-fit tools based on your needs and friction points, not generic categories.

Our Principles

• Content first. Tools second. Affiliates last.
• Organize by need states. We organize everything by human "need states" and ADHD realities, not by software categories.
• Warm, calm, slightly rebellious tone. No hustle culture, no shame, no "10x your life," no infantilizing language.
• Transparent recommendations. Every recommendation includes "Who it's for," "Who it's NOT for," "Why it helps ADHD brains," "Downsides," and "Minimum viable setup."
• Reduce overwhelm. UX must reduce overwhelm: minimal steps, clear choices, optional multi-select, no long forms.
